The Kids' Flea Market is an indoor, kid-friendly market that is free of charge for public entry. We have a main stall dedicated to promoting FGTCT and organizing fundraising events for the organization. Our market is fully organized and supported by teen and adult volunteers. We kindly ask all families to show respect and appreciation for our volunteers. 1. Stall Eligibility and Supervision / 摊位开放对象及家长陪同要求 Stalls are open to children aged 6 years and above. One stall is limited to one family. The applications for stalls and kids' activities in the market must be supervised and accompanied by a parent/guardian who is 18 years old or above. 我们的摊位面向6岁及以上儿童开放,一个摊位仅限一个家庭。摊位申请及市场内活动均需由年满18周岁的家长/监护人陪同该儿童进行。 Each parent/guardian is fully responsible for their child's behavior and safety. Each stall may not exceed 5 people, including at least one adult. 家长/监护人对儿童在市场内的行为及安全负全责。每个摊位最多不得超过5人,且需至少包含一名成年人。 To ensure safety and communication, we do not encourage families to share stalls. If children from different families do wish to share, each family must register and pay separately, and contact the organizer in advance to confirm the arrangement. 为确保沟通顺畅及安全,我们不鼓励家庭之间合摊。如确需合摊,每个家庭必须分别报名并支付摊位费,并请提前与组织方联系确认安排。
2. Stall Fee and Booking / 摊位费用及预订方式 Each stall costs NZ$15. We can host up to 15 stalls per event. 3. Stallholder Arrival and Cancellation / 到场及取消通知 Stallholders should arrive between 8:30 AM and 8:50 AM on market day to set up. Do not arrive earlier than 8:30 AM. 摊主需于市场当天8:30至8:50之间到达布置摊位,请勿早于8:30到场。 Please ensure stalls remain open until 12:00 PM. Tables and chairs are provided and must be returned after use. 摊位须持续至中午12点,现场提供桌椅,请使用后归还原位。 If you are unable to attend, please notify us early. Fees will not be refunded due to personal absence, but will be refunded if the market is cancelled by the organizer. 如因个人原因缺席,费用不予退还;如因主办方取消市场,费用将全额退还。
4. Item Guidelines / 售卖物品范围 We encourage children to bring second-hand items, understand their value, and participate in selling or exchanging them. Handmade crafts by children are also welcomed. 我们鼓励孩子们带来二手物品,理解再利用的价值,参与售卖与交换;也欢迎孩子们亲手制作的手工艺品。
5. Prohibited Items / 禁止售卖物品 Please do not bring or sell: 请勿携带或售卖以下物品: New items for retail purposes / 以零售为目的的全新商品 Food or beverages / 食品或饮料 Fresh produce / 生鲜类产品 Dangerous or inappropriate items / 任何可能对儿童有危险或不良影响的物品
6. Clean-Up and Responsibility / 清洁与责任 No food, drinks, or pets allowed inside. 不得携带食物、饮料及宠物进入市场。 Stallholders must clean up their stalls and take any rubbish home. Any damage caused must be compensated. 摊主需自行清理摊位垃圾并带走,如造成任何损坏,须负责赔偿。
7. Market Management Rights / 市场管理权 The organizing team reserves the right to interpret all rules and remove any stallholder who violates them. 市场管理方保留对市场规则的解释权,并有权取消任何不遵守规则摊主的摊位资格。
